Aamantran, Mulund

Namaste Everyone!

6th Oct, on my father's bday, we ventured this restaurent. An aquarium greets you at the entrance, with acceptable waiting arrangement. Has been  renovated in recent months. Grand door entrance with  off white lights  and dark furniture ambience.  Well separated sections giving you privacy. On Birthdays they provide icecream brownie and play a birthday song!! Food is spiced to Mumbaikars' palate. Indian punjabi being their forte. We ordered Chicken lung fung soup- not so good, Chicken Kadhai- up to date, Mutton RoganJosh- Mummy liked it! Chicken Biryani- good but I prefer the Mughlai biryanis of Delhi Darbar/ Kareem's to these. Service is warm.We could have a laugh over conversations without worrying about disturbing neighbours because of the well spaced tables. Papa also didnot throw a negative comment about this place. All in all a good family restaurent.
Thumbs 3/5!
