Sanjay egg cuisine Opp Birla Mandir,Kachori at Paanch Batti Chauraha, And Juice Centre at Bagaria Bhavan, Jaipur

Three of the common joints of Jaipurites.
Sanjay omlette wala has a shop near the famous Birla Mandir of Jaipur. He sells anything and everything made with egg in our cuisine. 1000 is the number of egg delicacies sold every day!  A small but famous and crowded eat out where one needs to go with his vehicle to eat in or can simply takeaway a parcel. With the minimalistic spices used for an egg biryani, still tasting oh la laa! Food prices are higher as compared to Mumbai's similar joints, as this place charged us 80 rupees for the biryani. Its one of those which I will ring my tummy when I am looking for a simple ,cheap, light food. Thumbs 4/5!!
At the Paanch Batti of M.I road, it was exciting to see the live kachoris being made. Gets terrifically crowded in the evening. They have a moong dal stuffed which doesn't pack your stomach as much as the onion potato one. Both topped with imli (tamarind) chatni. I had one of each, but what a failure it was the first two bites were sufficient. I mean I couldn't eat two at once...I would have preferred them with less chatni. But my husband and Jeetu Bhaiya enjoyed their single dal ki kachoris and of-course seeing my plight!
Papita (papaya) shake-the most strangest shake (one would say papaya shake icks!) said to be nectareous at this juice center.Again a roadside joint with people fighting their way out from the centre verbally and physically! It was chilled with dry fruits, and some rose petals. I did not like it as much as it is admired. However definitely one of the best papaya shakes I have ever had. It removed the previous sullied feeling about it.
